Excellent

As always when you study a new foreign language, you need to be patient. I try to take 15 minutes a day using this app and Whow! I find my English improved incredibly. Last but not least, I can make friend to the learners from another countries.

Lack of translation in a lot of examples, and the volumes of the audio from words to words are inconsistent.

Great help, feedback and incentives to keep going

Busuu has really helped me to reach my Italian goals faster. The feedback I got from native speakers in the Busuu community and the alluring certificates waiting for me at the end of line kept me going strong. What I particularly enjoy about Busuu, compared to other platforms such as Duolingo, is the clear grammatical tips, which are often left for you to figure out yourself in other apps. Amazing customer service

I experienced some problems trying to cancel my subscription and I got charged! I contacted Customer service, they evaluated my situation and they agreed to proceed with the refund! Now I’m a happy client and I will sure subscribe again in the future! Thanks!!

Fine app, fine customer service

Honestly, I liked the app but I couldn’t motivate myself to use it. Canceling my account was really difficult. I think they’re working on it, but I would contact customer service to cancel instead of trying to use the website.
