I will join other reviewers regarding poor renewal process. Even if you haven't used app for a year, still you will be charged for the next period without an option to refund within 14days after the payment. This was a very poor customer experience, I hope that "revenue" is worth the hassle. UPDATE: After seeing this review I got contacted by their employee and was offered to get a full refund if I update the review. So I got the funds back eventually, which was a pleasant surprise. Shame ...

It'a great platform for learning english, but just on grammar. I would like you improve the section about speaking with teacher.

I don’t remember my password

I don’t remember my password, and have not had the necessary support from Busuu to recover it. I also have been charged for the membership despite having requested to cancel the account prior to the deadline. I am not impressed with the customer service and can’t test the product.

Amazing

I love Busuu. It has helped me a lot with my English skills. The only thing that I don’t like very much is that when I make corrections and send them I cannot edit or delete if I made a mistake.

CAREFULL, auto renew subscription

Busuu don't advise before they renew, like all other business. MAKE sure your cancel your plan, as soon as you buy it , so it will not renew automatic. Then if you still use it, renew it.
