It's a great app for learning languages…
It's a great app for learning languages and meet some people that can help you with your learning process, but I think you should give one live sessions in every unit or something like that.

Issue fixed very rapidly

The support consultant understood my tricky problem.
The support consultant understood my problem, gave me good advises. We perform ed a test and try in 3 steps. Happy that the same consultant, Peter, followed up the case personally.
