Brilliant product & a listening company

Brilliant product with the caveat that auto renew practices need better customer signposting. Digital businesses who make the mode of communication solely on their terms can be unfair to consumers. As a digital business it is incumbent on Busuu to adhere to transparent customer process particularly with regards to payments and contracts. Auto renewal and payments by direct debit without reasonable prior notice for dormant services is in my opinion, unfair. As no notification was ...
