Excelente plataforma

Excelente plataforma, fácil, clara, amigable. Decidí continuar con Busuu. La verdad con la única que me siento cómoda y he aprendido fácilmente. He regresado con ustedes, porque intenté con varias plataformas y después de mucho tiempo es la única que guarda usuario, mi contraseña y mi proceso desde el inicio, como si hubiese estado el día anterior y hasta la misma clase, en los cuatro idiomas que estoy tomando, es increíble, lo retome fácilmente y BUSUU nunca me sugirió pagar siempre me ...

The use of different words from what I've learned before is confusing, and insisting on your word and not others is frustrating. Getting users to check my work is offensive, I would have thought the work would have been checked by teachers. I am learning new words and most of the phrases will be useful.

Worth the money

I first used Busuu as a bonus app for another language app, but after a week I switch to Busuu, lessons are well-structured and easy to understand, they're worth every penny. 1 thing Busuu can improve though is letting learners to type the words instead of choosing available ones, it'll help the vocabulary better.

It's OK

It's OK. Actually i am not very pleased with the app who charged me 12 € for online live lesson and the next day cancelled it.

Care with the costumer

I truly like all the content created by Busuu and their methodologies, but the way a company treats its costumers is far more important to me, recently I had an issue with a purchase that wasn’t updating in the app, so I wasn’t having access to any features I bought, I soon contacted a Costumer Service Agent that answered me pretty quickly and was also clear and objective in telling me what to do. These are things that I truly appreciate in a company.
