Excellent customer service

I'm so impressed with how quickly Busuu responded and fixed my technical issues especially compared to Duolingo who never responded or fixed anything. I love how thoroughly Busuu explains its lessons, and the feedback from fluent speakers is excellent and very helpful . I also like how the app lets you know what level you've achieved. As a person who has been learning Spanish for 3 and a half years and completed the course on another app, I am really impressed with Busuu in my first week . ...

Better than Babbel or DuoLingo

I like that the learning experience is individualized. I can feel how I'm improving with just consistently learning 5 minutes a day. What is really helpful is, that there are a lot of listening exercises and that you learn useful vocabulary, and the grammar is implemente, so that you learn it as you go. Lastly, the way you have to fill out the written exercises doesn't feel tedious so that you don't get bored really fast, like with the other apps I've used.

I think that Busuu is a wonderful app…

I think that Busuu is a wonderful app because it provides us with good vocabulary and the exercises of some lessons of English C1 level are so beneficial for me but some weekly exercises are repetitive and I hope they can make new ones according to what is familiar in the English learning.
