Bye bye, Busuu: update
I signed up for their premium subscription on a special offer one year ago. I used it for a little while, and then as with so many online programs, forgot all about it. Apparently it was one of those things that renews every year unless you cancel it. I'm sure I knew it at the time, but like I said, it completely left my mind. Many of the quizzes are too easy i.e
Many of the quizzes are too easy i.e. finding the word « zoo » out of three alternatives. The content of the lessons becomes much shorter towards the end of Section B1 and beyond. The correction is sometimes inconsistent. For example, sometimes the article is included with the word and sometimes not and if I translate with the article I’m told that it’s wrong and vice versa.
