It's Great! But I have a few recommendations.
It's Great! But I have a few recommendations. I love the website and the app but I feel like the app has a few more features that should be included in the website such as the flashcards. At the moment I'm learning Japanese and I think it would be very helpful if there was an easier way to review hiragana, something similar to how you review words but just for these special characters. Or maybe there is and I just cant find it.

Customer service
At first, I were very disappointed because the busuu team took my money when I had the account cancelled. But they solved the problem very quickly and I have my money in the bank again, that's what I call a good customer service.

Simple yet useful
Busuu has been attractive for me to learn the most important aspects of a new language. Especially its beginner and elementary courses are concise yet well-written. In later parts of the course, less thought seems to be put into the lessons, with lacking grammatical and conceptual explanations, newly learned nouns that are given without an article, as well as very simple multiple-choice exercises for learning new vocabulary. I was charged on auto-renew without my agreement and without notice. All of the material sent to me by Busuu after I complained to justify this does not do so.
