No visibility on the subscription dates

No warning on automatic renewal, no visibility on web or app regarding the subscription start and end dates, charging automatically for PremiumPlus, while on the dashboard is written Premium only. Bad business practice and totally unacceptable. Bad Busuu, bad Bernhard Niesner

BE AWARE

Warning - They hide deep in the T&C's that your subscription is auto-renewed without prior warning or consent. So, you try it for a few months "meh this is ok/pretty good, it's ok only cost 40 dollars for the year, no big problem" (half price offer) One year later "Who just taken 80 dollars out my account!!" This is not the way to build a business that has to compete with other highly competitive language platforms. AND yes they refused to refund the second years subscription!

I had bought busuu from App Store... But your sistem checked with My credit card automatically... So I paid twice ... After I wrote this problem... And you solved it...

I have been learning to speak Spainish…

I have been learning to speak Spainish for a year.I luv the BUSUU App as i find the lessons well structured & interesting.I like who they make it fun & interesting.I like how you can recap recaping on the words you have learnt.You can do as much or as little as you want.

This site is pretty good. Certainly worth the money.

This at first seemed to be a good site. As I became familiar with it, I learned that not all pages are translated. And also, not every page can be repeated. Once a question is answered, often it cannot be repeated immediately. I'm sure there's some value to this and also some cost as well.

First impression of Busuu (afer 5+ years of using different language learning software)

Busuu stands tall among similar language learning apps. Not only is it user-friendly and aesthetically appealing, but it also stands out in terms of content and the way it's presented. Moreover, there are features many alternative apps lack, e.g. corrections by other users whose native language is the language you learn or possibility to record voice messages and do creative exercises instead of grammar or vocabulary drilling (hello, green owl). The last but not least is their support team ...

I am happy with the teaching approach by putting emphasis on the pronunciation, repetition, writing and grammar, not just giving rules. Thanks
