EDIT : After I put 1 star and wrote this comment, the customer service offered me a refund in exchange for a better review. Here it is. I would put 5 stars for busuu if it wasn't for this situation because I think the app is great for learning a language. However, I still think that they should send warning before renewing a subscription. The fact that they offered a refund after my complaint is enough to bring it to three star but not 5 as I still think it is dishonest for other people who ...

I enjoy your app but I only give you 3…

I enjoy your app but I only give you 3 stars because it is too slow to have updates on the grammar exercises. I am currently studying Italian and I belive you count too much on the social side and too litle on the knowledge improvement. I wish you were improving faster because I know you are the best on the market but there is a lot of work to do to become really good.

This is a real way to learn languages

I know three foreign languages, because I'm a certified interpreter and recently I faced a challenge to teach 3 teenagers how to talk English. I checked a lot of textbooks, internet sites and App Store applications and I'm pretty sure, that Busuu is the best or one of the best available ways to learn languages. Thank you! =)
