In the last three months I've studied English and German during at least one hour per day, and I've felled that busuu helped me a lot to improve my skills about these languages specially my English skills. Otherwise I noticed that the application has become very very slow when it's charging the lessons. Please fix that

Problem with Japanese lessons

I am having some problem on Busuu with my Japanese lessons. From around lesson 85, there is no more kanji in the example sentences, only romaji. It's really confusing. I've emailed to your customer service a couple months ago, but still don't see any update or modification yet. I'll really appreciate it if you could fix this problem. Thank you! Best, Amelia

I´m very happy for being learned the english language in this Bussu Platform, so that I can communicate me with any persone and for me its very important to write and talk English I have finished 8 courses in different universities in the United States and England and I recomend to study and practice the language that you can choose so Actually I've started to study the German language.

Very good Customer Service

I recently gave Busuu one star because of their subscription policy. I am amending it to four stars for their customer service, as I did receive a full refund very promptly when I requested it. They have also been very polite and patient in trying to sort out the refund, which I had not seen, and wrongly thought they had not paid.
