Watch out paying for this service...
They renew your subscription without your consent and there is not even a button to cancel your subscription. The woman answering my email was not very understanding of me either. Implying that I should have cancelled if I didn't want to authorize them taking my money, there's just no where do to this.... So watch out. The content is fine but a bit repetitive.

BUSUU online platform for languages
I did not expect to have 79 euro less without any communication on your side. I did not expect to find my subscription automatically renewed without any information. I want my money back the soonest. AFTERMATH: BUSUU HAS JUST REFUNDED ME saying they're making an exception to the rule, because they read my negative feedback. Thank God!
