Im learning german and its super good, i'm learning a lot and the type of learning with Busuu is simple and easy to understand

Took payment without consent.

Took a payment without consent. Asked them to cancel or refund and customer service team have stopped responding, other than on google play review to say someone has responded. All round terrible experience. Edit: customer service have now responded and rectified situation. Updated from 1 to 3 star as app is generally ok.

I started using Busuu at the beginning…

I started using Busuu at the beginning of lockdown last year to improve my Spanish and I’ve not stopped since! I find the activities so much more engaging than other language apps, it gives you the opportunity to take regular tests and also gives a summary of your strong and weak areas. I would highly recommend!
