My bank account was debited for repeat annual subscription without first informing me of renewal. When I asked for refund I I was told No REFUND for cancellation.

Beware

Beware! Rip off auto renew after one year of inactivity with no warning. And "not eligible for refund" when charge was disputed. Scam artists. UPDATE: Busuu attempted to buy the removal of this review. When asked if they would change their policy, they stated that it was clear in their fine print. Hopefully this makes it a bit more clear.

Work at own pace

I used this for a couple of weeks and it was very helpful. I think it would be helpful to anyone wanting to learn new language. You work at you own pace which is great.

My honest review

First i had problems getting your premium. It charged me 3 times. I will admit, the first beginner course you had in Japanese was some of the best i have ever seen, i really felt like for the first time i was learning. It took it's time, it split things up perfectly. It explained stuff simply. But then after getting out of the beginner course it took the biggest dip in quality i have ever seen and i was very disappointed. No explanations on courses, lot's of words thrown at you at once and ...

A very well structured course, easy to follow with perfect examples and pronunciation. I am enjoying it immensely.

Application utile

Je trouve l'application utile bien faite et agréable car ludique. Jai du plaisir a apprendre car les exercices d'apprentissage se complètent bien.

Coincidence? I think not!

I actually wanted to cancel my membership, but the cancellation did not go through, so I was billed for another year. I do not believe in coincidences, so I decided to dedicate 2021 to learning Russian, the language of my only blood grandchild! And I am having a blast! Learning a new alphabet is challenging when you are nearly 60 years old, but the corrections and encouragment from the Busuu community makes it enjoyable and reachable. Thank you all!
