Very good tool to learn a new language

I really like how in Busuu we help each other out with corrections and learn in a fun way.

The exercises are very practical

The exercises are very practical. I feel very relaxed with 20 minutes learning per day. The way Busuu process makes people want to spend more time on practicing English. The support center is very quick and helpful. I got a problem with my account for it was coincident with my company account. I sent an email to Busuu team, I got a refund after one day.

Took my money from card without my permission

I worked with application about 2 months. It's fun and useful but like is everybody who studied languages soon I gave up and forgot about this website. But 1 year later busuu took my money from my card without any prediction and without my agreement. I was shocked. I saw that it's normal practice for busuu and it's terrible. After such situation I will not recommend this application any more.

Pay attention

Pay attention. the yearly subscription is renewed automatically. No warning no refund. i used it for only few months and charged for two years.

Honest

Honest? Honest? You know nothing of honesty. You have an automatic renewal system that is the opposite of honest. Keep my money if you choose and don't write to me again.

Shady hidden renewell

I have not used bussu in ages, the last time I used it was a week ago because I reminded myself just in case they renewed, had a calender alarm for it. There was no option for cancelation so Assumed it would just end, no it did not. £80 taken from my paypal No contact nothing and their terms which tells you how to cancel is wrong, I could see no cancel option anywhere now normally I would not have a leg to stand on but if their terms give incorrect information on how to cancel, then I may ...
