disgusting
This company have taken money from my account without permission. Not acceptable. Company later issued a refund, still found the lack of communication, invoice, email, notice, very poor, they had my email, but rather than sending anything to me, just debiting £79:99 from a PayPal account. Never had any terms of service or permission.

My Opinions
Hi, As a English learner, i think your practices are good. But, sometimes they're repeating themselves. So, you should add more types. Also, i live in Turkey and our country economy is not good. Your speaking class prices are not expensive but for our country it's a little bit much. Maybe, you can do local pricing or you can make a discount. Best Regards, Burag Kalaycıyan

Amazing experience so far! I wanted to learn Spanish but mistakenly clicked Japanese. But I contacted them and they kindly switched the language to Spanish. Thank you Busuu!

Great
I am very happy with the app. I am learning Italian, after a break (I followed classes before) and a bit of spanish. I took a premium+ membership and am not dissapointed. But when I thougt of beginning Arabic , I didn't find courses about the alphabet, which was disappointing. But apart from that very good, grammar and vocabulary lessons and review and help from natives.
