Fake Discount Offers
They sent me an email and offered %75 discount, but when I clicked on it, the page showed only %50 discount. I contacted support, but they said my account is not eligible for %75 discount. On the same day, I received another email offering %75, but their link landed on a page offering %50 discount! Why do they send emails offering %75 discount and then only offer %50 discount? It seems they offer fake discounts to convince people to subscribe.

i really think busuu is a great app i think it's not far that busuu wants you to pay for a subscirtion i think it should be free for all of the courses

Great for some languages but not so for others
Although I enjoyed Busuu for French and Portuguese, I didn't find the format useful for a language like Japanese.
