The experience to use Busuu
Well, the experience to use Busuu app is very helpfull for me. I prefer this app becouse of the easy lenguage, the easy entendiment. I'll continue using the app, as well my presencial english e french classes.

I had added my credit card juts to…
I had added my credit card juts to check the website and right after had cancelled my subscription, but I still was charged for the whole year. After correspondence with the customer service representative they refused to refund my credibility card account. Very disappointing

Payment
great however the payment with reoccuring billing perhaps needs to be bigger/bolder or in its own pop up as i was not finacially stable or aware that busuu would automatically take my money again after a year
