The app was pretty useless

The app was pretty useless. I learned nothing while other apps taught me so much more. I tried to cancel, but the app wouldn’t let me. Then I was charged for renewal and they wouldn’t refund. This company is more for the money and less about helping people learn.

Suggestions

Busuu is an excellent app to grasp new vocabulary, although sometimes I think It lacks grammar points. Here is my suggestion, put more grammar features in the courses. I'm learning Russian and in this language, the cases are key to master it.

I think the app is good

I think the app is good. It's a good way to learn a new languags for yourself and with a help from others. It's a fun way to do it. I like it very much.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. The email notifications though are a bit insistent, although I have opted out and unsubscribed repeatedly they keep on coming!

New way to work on the vocabulary.

Hello guys, A new way to organize learning sessions would be great. Like, choose a field to improve/learn only selected words or grammatical ideas.

Great tool! Improved my English level for A2 to B2

With this great tool I improved my English level for A2 to B2. Highly recommend to all my friends. But take care about auto prolongation subscription for next year. If you don't plan to continue better to cancel immediately, otherwise you will forget about it and you will be charged in one year automatically.

First 2 weeks with BUSUU - just awesome!

I’ve downloaded BUSUU app to try to study Italian, which has been my dream for a long time. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and have never been disappointed. It really works, though before I didn’t believe one may decently learn a new foreign language without a human teacher. Just one remark for iPhone users: do not buy any subscriptions for Busuu in the AppStore, it’s more than twice cheaper to buy the same on the Busuu’s own website.
