The experience overall is great

The experience overall is great. I just wish the grammar was expanded more with further explanation. Some lessons are much better than others. Also, they claim to be inclusive with Spain Spanish and Latin American Spanish, but they are not. They sometimes mention some words in latin America but you can't answer anything with latin American words. Like carro for example. They asked what's the word for car, i said carro. I tried to learn arabic with premium before I went to a course about six months in İstanbul but in Busuu I made some practice but you should know that if you are a beginer in Arabic it is hard to learn I am not going to say the same for English You can correct the people’s mistakes in your main tongue it is a good thing to help the people I like this feature there are some minor issues on the app like your subscription is being renewed every year if you are not sure about 1 more year click ...

The overall impression is very good

The overall impression is very good. I would appreciate if there were more words per lesson or, at least, if some of the words in the examples and conversations were added to the list of words to review. It seems that the possibility of having some chosen friends to correct your works is not always available. Some exercises that I sent were not published. I wish furthermore that there were more topics on intermediate levels B1 - B2.

Most disappointed that automatic renewal not clearer…

Most disappointed that the unexpected automatic renewal of a subscription wasn't clearly mentioned from the outset, and no reminder before it was about to happen. However, Busuu has been very helpful in sorting out the issue and refunding payment.
