This app offers so much
This app offers so much, and if you use it regularly, the money you pay for the paid version is absolutely worth it! There are even McGraw certificates you can get at each level for 8 languages I believe! And you can use them for job resumes, etc!

A mediocre language learning product
A mediocre language learning product, however I feel that is out of the scope of why I am leaving a review. Customer support is exactly what all modern support is, policy enforcement. I don't think I need to say much else, we all know what that feels like. RE: My comment was largely based on how little support is willing to do. Asking me to contact support in order to make it look like you help customers is shady at best.
