Poor quality tutor
Firstly, 30 minutes is not enough, each lesson should atleast be 60 minutes. Secondly, I was expecting a native German tutor but my tutor was Indian and seemed lethargic and inexperienced, there was no structure to the lesson and I did not learn nearly as much as one should after spending this much money. Poor quality tutor.
