I'm just so thankful to you guys for teaching me Spanish. This is a well known truth that there is no any other useful source as an app like Busuu. With you guys I'm able to understand what I read , understanding tons of Grammer rules and feeling myself ready to deal with daily routine speaking phrases. I have just finished B1 level and gonna be jumping on B2 soon. Whatever I learn from Busuu I write down every single thing on my Spanish notebook so it takes a little bit more time to move ...

Application is very usefull but users could be talk with each other

Some problems with initial payment and cancelation, costumer service helped me

I had some issues with canceling my subscription. But after some back and forth I managed to get the refund for what was overcharged. I was also charged twice when I got the app, but this was sorted out much faster without any hesitation. The costumer service is quite good, they answer within a day, but there was some unwillingness to understand my situation in the last instance I had.
