All in all, it has been a wonderful experience so far. Yet, there is one thing that would make Busuu the best language app out there: * A global community to communicate with. Yes, I know there is "something" of the sort now, but it doesn't do justice to the excellent quality of the app! I am talking about a world community like the one Busuu used to have back in 2010. Busuu is great

The platform is very professional and I improved my language skills a lot there. I learned two languages with it - Spanish and German. The process is entertaining and fun. Also, the support is very helpful and responds fast. thank you Busuu

Great value for money

Great website, totally worth the money, I learn a lot on there, the only annoying thing is the pop ups that come up asking you to pay for live lessons. Other than that good value, customer service is great too.

Students beware

I had signed up with Busuu for a year. When I signed up I was not informed by Busuu that there was an automatic renewal. After a year, I was charged fees for another year without my authorization. Thinkng it was an accident, I contacted Busuu and my first three messages were ignored. Finally, I received an email blaming me that I had signed up with atuomatic renewal. When I looked at my receipt and my account, nowhere did I come across me signing up for an automatic renewal. Busuu flat out ...

Great overall with some easy to fix setbacks

Firstly, I would love to give this 5 stars. It is great in what it offers, however it does have a couple of major downfalls. Pros Useful lessons, right from the start (at least for courses that use the Latin alphabet - the basics in others can be a bit much [arabic, for example]). You can have complete/business/travel options to improve in certain areas. Well structured lessons. Not direct translation based exercises like duolingo - an example would be something akin to "Rewrite this ...

I am very happy with the live lessons with my teacher Anis, he is attentive, smiling and available. I recommend the Busuu site.
