I would highly recommend this course.

I would highly recommend this course. I have found it to be up to date in its vocabulary and the clarity of the explanation of the grammar has been superb. I have completed a full Italian language course,gained certificates,had support from the Busuu community and found it highly motivating! You can take your time and revisit sections time and again if you are unsure ...all at your own speed! I still refresh my Italian as well as using the Spanish course to refresh my language skills. Busuu is very good to learn grammar, but it is not useful for intermediate advance communication

They responded relatively quick given that it was a weekend, and acknowledged that there was an issue they were aware of that they were trying to fix. I really appreciated the transparency instead of them giving me the run around until it was fixed.

This "language app" is a scam

I am incredibly disappointed that I was forced by the app to purchase a subscription I do not want. Busuu can charge your credit card without your consent and they refused to cancel the subscription even though I requested it immediately. I haven't used the app in months because the only assistance you get is from other users who aren't always available or helpful and are sometimes offensive. Now I have to cancel my credit card so they don't place any more charges on it.

Busuu is great

The platform is very professional and I improved my language skills a lot there. I learned two languages with it - Spanish and German. The process is entertaining and fun. Also, the support is very helpful and responds fast. thank you Busuu

SUGGESTION - IMPROVE WORLD COMMUNITY - CHAT

All in all, it has been a wonderful experience so far. Yet, there is one thing that would make Busuu the best language app out there: * A global community to communicate with. Yes, I know there is "something" of the sort now, but it doesn't do justice to the excellent quality of the app! I am talking about a world community like the one Busuu used to have back in 2010. I love it, but…..algorithms for correct answers are too specific, should allow for synonyms, missed accents, and gender differences when allowable.
