Busuu: a fun and fast means of learning a language
I am posting this feedback re- Busuu for two reasons: (1) Principally, to recommend the site as a fast and fun way of learning one language (or several; although free usage of the site limits you to just one language, if you upgrade, you can learn up to 12) - perhaps its most attractive aspect being its interactivity: i.e. you can check your progress via quizzes; (2) To praise the speed and courtesy of Busuu's Customer Services team, whose members responded to me promptly when I had ...

My favourite language app
Busuu is my favourite app, helped me a lot in learning new languages while traveling for work in different countries. I recommend this app for anyone who wants to learn a new language quickly and use it in daily life. All you need for a quick start is there!

very good.
busuu is a very easy-to-use foreign language learning system, but the Internet speed in China is a bit slow. It seems that there is a Chinese version now, but the account may not be synchronized. Need to create another account?

Doesn't deserve even one star
Very poor customer service and a very bad refund policy. I subscribed for a 2 year plan and then when I asked for a refund during the renewal which was automatic, they refused flat out. Even when refusing they weren't polite or apologetic. They just don't want to give a personal touch to their service.

I enjoy using Busuu
I am enjoying using Busuu to learn Spanish. I like the format, which gives me opportunities to test my understanding of the spoken language, as well as reinforcing my knowledge of grammar and vocabulary.

Engaging way to learn a language
Engaging way to learn a language. If you follow a 20-30 daily practice, in 3 months you will be speaking more than you would imagine
