Addictive in a good way

I have to admit, this is by far the best language learning platform I've ever seen. Busuu made my learning experience so fun and rewarding. Before I tried it, I had completely given up hope of ever learning German, and Busuu changed that. The learning pace is great, but what I like the most is that I get to interact with other learners, and have discussions over exercises. Registration Problem

I registered a 10 sessions Arabic class with a teacher, however, due some error on my side, the registration was not recorded. I reported the issue the same day. Excellent Customer Service

UPDATE: Very impressed after being contacted by Busuu about my original review and being offered resolution. I can't speak much to the quality of the product, having barely used it when I had it, but the customer service is certainly excellent. Original: I cancelled my subscription nearly a year ago and still got charged $80 recently.
