Cancellation is a farce
Cancellation of my Busuu subscription has been farcical, and Busuu support has not been helpful. Watch out for auto-renewal without warning, even if the app doesn't make this clear and offers no way to cancel the subscription.

First of all Love ur site so much and never feel regret about my payment for these courses. But if being honest I dislike the item where I have to write down or say smth and wait for other people to check. I do it only for my future certificate. The other tasks are brilliant!
