More than amazing
As I see, this app can't get any better. The UX is more than amazing and very smooth and the UI is user friendly. As for the process itself, it's developing my language really fast because of all the interactig with native and the exercises for the 4 skills of language. I enjoy every moment on this app.

I get no response to my emails for help
I have sent 2 emails regarding my problem and have not yet got a response. I am hoping to learn French. I had covered about 14-15 lessons in French. Two days ago I had problem getting to your website to continue with lesson. It appeared there was a problem with your website. I tried to login and after much effort I now get to how to learn English and a free lesson! I have a Busuu Premium. Could you please sort out what I need to do to continue with my French.

On the whole I've appreciated and enjoyed my Italian course. Over the last few days I've had a period of not being able to access my Italian course. I was disappointed that it took so long for someone from Busuu to contact me. It was, apparently, a systems problem. Everything is ok by now. It's frustrating if occasionally you provide an answer which you know to be right but is marked as 'incorrect' because it's not exactly what is expected. There is very little flexibility. Great service, needs some additions
Great service, would love to see the addition of other languages, such as Dutch or a Nordic language. I would also love to see a “German for Business” like I see is available for French and English.
