I cancelled my subscription 1 year ago and have emailed them several times to get a refund when they charged me. I have still received no response. Although I am sure their service is great for other languages the billing/purchase department leaves much to be desired.

Good approach to learning Deutsch

Good approach to learning Deutsch. Four stars until I have longer experience with site.

I love the app

I love the app, the lessons are easy to follow, repeatable, and the ability to connect with native speakers is awesome. My only complaint is, as far as I know, there is no way to view the alphabet in the language you're learning. For example, I'm practising Japanese, and I can go back and look at certain lessons, but I can't view a list of ones I've worked on. There is another app, Hiragana Quest, that fills this gap, though it is the one thing stopping me from giving 5 stars.

Excellent app
