The year of premium was great. However, it was not great that the subscription was renewed without so much as an email in warning. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund without too much trouble. I believe all your customers would appreciate a little heads-up before you go charging them again for a subscription they may not want to keep. :)

Great, but i have to proppose something

Hi! I really love this app. But I have two points to mention that may help the developers to reach the application on the next level! 1) The "strong, weak, and median words" concept is perfect. Did you think that a corresponding concept for grammar rules may work!? 2) It's easy to be created a more dynamic way to store my word bank? For example, I read a book, and I find new words. If the app let me store them in a database I could use them and fresh them with the strong and weak word ...

Thank you for giving me a chance to talk to you about BUSUU. This site is well structured for foreign language learner ,especially lazy learner like me ,because in case I mistake a question proposed , I'm asked to answer correctly & repeatedly. Further, follow-up is one of good tools for me. Recently,I'm so busy to practice the BUSUU, the follow-up helps reminding me of the lessons left undone.

I liked how the lessons were structured…

I liked how the lessons were structured and the competency test were a good touch, but I didn't feel like there was enough repetition. I wanted to finish Duolingo before moving to a different platform. I've also still have not received my refund yet after canceling a few weeks ago

Just great Love the talking to native speakers feature and the fact that we all get to learn. Please add skip testing for Chinese and Turkish.

Sometimes the app takes long to work

Sometimes the app takes long to work. Sometimes it does not work at all The keyboard won’t change to the language which I have to input to the exercise. I have to change the keyboard language manually

I love Busuu

I love Busuu! It has really made learning a new language fun and the planner has laid out tasks to do each day to get to my language goal 🤩
