1A few problems
1. I signed up for a half-off package, but was billed full price. 2. On occasion, the program seems to halt at a place with no ability to fill out more blanks or otherwise to move on. It happens on both Mac OS and iPhone versions, more often on the iPhone. Inadequate beta testing so flaws are left uncorrected. 3. Other than 1) and 2), pretty darn good, better than most language apps.

Peter in Busuu and the support team do a good job. help me a lot. I forget my password, and do not receive any emails from your website when I click the send me new password button on busuu website. But Peter and bussu support team do a very quick reply to me, help me to sent a new password. I can use it when I open your website at the first time.! By the way, I love busuu very much , it gives me a great helping on my French study! I have introduce some of my friends to use busuu ...

Very patient!
I helped my mother with her account. She paid for one year premium 8 months ago, but she was thrown out. I contacted Busuu and they couldn't even find her e-mail, so that was very strange. But... problems are there to be solved and that's what happened. Now she is happily training her Italian again :)
