Dear Busuu and workers, Thank you for this great application. I think twelve languages are not enough. Please add Kurdish and Persian languages. Yours sincerely.

Customer service helped me out
I had been using Busuu happily for a few months and then had to change project, uninstalled Busuu and stopped using it. I was then unexpectedly charged for an extra year, without any form of email from Busuu before the payment was taken. Thankfully after I contacted Busuu customer support, they were able to refund the one year charge. Thank you.

Excellent web-learning experience
Excellent web-learning experience, easy, good and intuitive - highly recommendable. 2 comments, I miss written summaries of what I have learned (PDF and printable); it would be very useful for off-line homework and exercising/learning. The other issue is that I constantly get reminders to network and meet people: I didn't join a social network but a language learning platform, so there should be some general settings to fix before starting, setting goals and preferences.
