I did not buy. Last 2 times it is automaticly. I don’t want to use this app.

Overall very good platform for starting to learn languages

Overall very good platform for beginners. There is a lot of material for common languages (such as English). I was learning Japanese language there, which is not in the best shape, but good for novice together with side materials/books. Support service is very responsive and helpful. They helped me very much with my problem.

Excellent customer service

I had downloaded Busuu on a new computer and accidentally selected the wrong language to learn. I emailed customer service and they immediately reset the language to German and emailed me back that they had reset it. I couldn't ask for better customer service than that.

I’m really enjoying Busuu so far

I’m really enjoying Busuu so far. It would be really nice if there were more quizzes throughout the lessons to help test old and new information to help guide me to areas of study that require more attention.

Thanks for the opportunity to learn foreign languages! Thanks to you I have taken up learning Spanish. But I am struggling with some material. When I am doing my grammar part in the lesson it happens that not every word is translated or that one has not been mentioned before. Due to this I have to guess the correct answer. I tried to inform you about this but when I click on the form it says "Internet connection lost" . I tried so many times. Generally I am happy.

Busuu's way of teaching languages to their students is very efficient with repititions of already learned conceptions so as to assure earlier lessons not to be forgotten; furthermore there are dialogues illustrating situations you may encounter, traveling in a foreign country.

I am very satisfied with my progress

I am very satisfied with my progress. Prior to using Busuu, I've attended couple of on site German classes and had various learning techniques, but I have the best clarifications and understanding of German language by learning on Busuu.
