I have only good things to write

I have only good things to write with reference to Busuu. I've been using the app to refresh my German for a month or so, and thus far it has brought me complete satisfaction---better than I expected. The user interface is beautiful and functional, and overall using Busuu gives me a sense of accomplishment (the tests at the end of each level are a plus), and has kept me motivated to continue my learning journey. Solid work.

شكرا لمجودكم في هذا البرنامج الرهيبلدي ملاحظات لو سمحتمفي اللغة اليابانية: المستوى الاول ممتاز واول الثاني كذلك، ولكن في اخر المستوى الثاني وفي المستوى الرابع والثالث لا يوجد شرح للقواعد ولا لانماط اللغة ولا لطبيعة تركيب الكلام ، وانما يوجد فقط مفردات جديدة مع نصوص استماعية فقط .ايضا في قواعد اللغة يوجد قواعد قليلة فقط .اللغة الاسبانية والانجليزية مستواهما ممتاز ومحتواهما متين ومترابط ويهتم بكل نواحي اللغة حبذا لو يتاح التحديد على القائمة المفضلة من اجل سهولة الاستعمال 🌹🌹

Watch out for auto renew! (but please read update too)

This was an automatic one year renewal that I didn’t want. I didn’t notice when originally signing up that it was auto renew. The email confirming purchase said nothing of auto renew. You had to open the pdf receipt where it is stated. I did not open it at the time. I was not notified in advance that my subscription was expiring and I would be charged, my account was simply charged. I contacted Busuu within hours but was told once it was renewed it could not be refunded. To me a poor ending ...
