termini contrattuali insidiosi ma servizio clienti corretto
il mio piano di abbonamento si era rinnovato in automatico senza alcun preavviso tramite email o notifica, tra l'altro al doppio del prezzo che avevo pagato al momento della sottoscrizione. Tuttavia, facendo presente questa spiacevole esperienza al servizio clienti, ho ottenuto un rimborso completo. Spero vivamente che in futuro cambieranno politica e decidano di inviare un avviso prima del rinnovo. Comunque alla fine si è rilevato un servizio di tutta serietà

Bardzo dobry system nauki
Bardzo dobry dla mnie system poznawania innych języków, nowy materiał przedstawiany jest w różnorodny sposób, dzięki czemu nauka się nie nudzi. Ciekawe ćwiczenia i powtórki.

This is a great app
This is a great app, well structured. Just it would be nice to have advanced level in more languages. I would like to have also more exercises on grammer. Maybe even separate grammer course.

I would have more grammar practice and…
I would have more grammar practice and the ability to repeat previous grammar topics not only on the mobile versions but on the desktop too. Also, it will be useful if I can add some words myself which I want to learn.

Locked out of account
Locked out of account. I paid for a year subscription and soon enough I was unable to access my account, I tried numerous times to reset my password, but whenever requested would not receive an email. Thus, I was unable to cancel my subscription and was charged. However, through customer service I was refunded and future subscriptions cancelled, but was told I would receive an email to reset my password to access my account. This has yet to happen and am still locked out my account
