Instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to and care very much about helping students. The PDF's are useful and are good study material outside of the class. I only have positive things to say about the instructors and the classes.

Hey. I love your website and in many ways it's perfect. There are just two things I would like to point out. The first, I'm not a fan of the dialogue section after each lesson - they are too difficult and I see no point in this exercise since I understand pretty much none of it at my current level. Maybe you could use the phrases and words at the current level so the dialogues would be more practical? The second thing is the lack of an exercise where we can write the whole sentences but not ...

Very good app with small glitches

Busuu app has many fantastic features - above all a community of users who are mutually helping each other learning new languages. However, there is still room for improvement: - From time to time, starting the app can take quite a while. Seems to have something to do with internet connectivity. - Babbel for instance doesn't discard an answer altogether just because it includes a minor mistake. In this context Busuu sometimes can be a bit frustrating.

Your site for learning the language I choose ( Japanese) is very good indeed. The reason I canceled my subscription is because I was charged for a years subscription without my asking or requesting it, & also I could not afford it. My thanks to you for giving me a 50% discount, but as a retired individual I simply cannot afford it. Thank you for refunding the total amount. Best regards.
