Charged without my knowledge
This company charged me for a yearly subscription without my knowledge. When told that I was unaware of this charge, they told me that they will not refund my money. This is an extremely shady company that you should be careful to not trust your money to!

Best language app ever
Best language app ever. I have used them all and honestly busuu is the most helpful and intuitive. I use it alongside lessons on italki. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Charged without my knowledge
Originally they charged me without knowledge for an automatic recurring subscription. However they did finally refund me when I posted my review here. They promised to warn users in the future of recurring subscriptions. I also hope that they will offer refunds more readily without having to resort to trustpilot. I actually do really like their app but just not the way they’ve been dealing with customers!
