I am not satisfied with the business of your company. The policy of your company to use the given data during the first payment, in order to renew the subscription without my consent, disappointed me terribly.I have informed you that I do not want to continue using your services, but you are not interested in that. I don't like the way you stole 79.99 euros for a package I didn't ask for. Shame on you.

Excellent method for language learning.

I'm very satisfied with Busuu because it is better for me than other programs for language learning. I tried many programs but only Busuu, Fluenz, and Pimsleur helped me to make progress with my German. For now, I'm acquiring German faster with Busuu than with any other program I tried but time will tell if Busuu can really get me to a B2 level in German.

Aplikacja ogólnie bardzo fajna do nauki jezyka. Mogłoby być więcej tekstów do nauki czytania. Przy języku japońskim gdzie stosuje się inny alfabet bardzo pomogłoby to w utrwaleniu. Mogłoby się pojawić też więcej ćwiczeń i słownictwa.

The course is really useful

The course is really useful. I enjoy while I am learning making the exercises. I can practice my english with other users or better: have a class alone with one teacher or a group.
