They auto-renew the subscription

I bought a 50% discount subscription in 2020 (Black Friday Discount) and after one year they auto-renew it without my knowledge for 79,90€/year! Be carefull with that "term & condition" and cancel the "auto-renew" if you wish. Besides that, it's a nice way to learn languages.

A very useful language learning app that sparks my interest to keep going. It's fantastic that I can keep track with my progress in Busuu.

Finally the answers I did't know I needed!!!

The best language teaching platform I have tried (and I have tried about 5 or 6 including some big names). FINALLY I am understanding German grammar and why the different rules apply.

I like it

I like it . I have been trying to learn Spanish for years. This app has brought me closer than any. Yeah My Cousin are from Cuban so I can cuss like a sailor . but now I can actually have a conversation in spanish .

Excellent service

After an error occurred with my renewal fee resulting in two payments being made; the administration staff at Busuu were exceedingly helpful and the whole matter was sorted in a very short time. This is excellent customer service.

I am happy with Busuu and staff, since you where sensible for my request at the time of renewing my subscription for next year. On top of it I am happy with the program and using it very often , which help me to keep up with my English level

Estou muito bem impressionado com o Busuu, mas ainda não tive tempo para me aprofundar porque estou fazendo as provas de B2 no Goethe Institut. O que posso dizer agora é que o aplicativo de vocês é muitíssimo melhor que a metodologia atrasada do Goethe Institut. Assim que terminar as minhas provas voltarei ao Busuu, onde, tenho certeza, aprenderei muito mais. Parabéns.
