my premium plus membership

I purchased a Premium Plus membership 75%off it will end on 1desember 2022 the purchase was quick and easy the content that they provide on the site is helpful I'm having a good learning experience with the site so far my only compliment about the site is the automatic renew I think they should first ask the learners because maybe they don't want the service anymore but forgot to cancel the subscription.

Had some issues but everything was resolved in the end thanks to some good customer service.

Busuu came through

I enjoyed using the app while I had it. It was fun and educational. However, I needed to cancel since I hadn’t used it in about two years. There was a small problem with cancelling my subscription at first but eventually Busuu did the right thing by helping me cancel and refunding the charges I didn't approve.

The app is very useful and user friendly. It has helped me a lot improving my Italian and I feel they are improving as a service. Also, I feel very well taken care by CS support. They offered me a great solution when I needed it. 👍🏻🙂
