Help with Apple Subscription Renewal to Busuu
I had to contact Busuu support for a late renewal problem with my account subscribed through Apple. Merve at Support responded with detailed instructions that worked to solve the problem. His instructions included follow-up plans if it didn't work, and he personally followed-up to make sure that I was happy with the result. I am really happy with the result and with Merve and Busuu's very personal approach.

Busuu: For the Serious Language Student.
Busuu is the best language-learning app I’ve come across. Unlike Duolingo which comes across as a bit childish in its presentation, Busuu is themed in a more mature and serious manner. They employ a clever mix of imagery and quizzing to employ sufficient retention of given vocabulary, offer grammar exercises, harbor a community tab whereby one may interact with other language learners by correcting their exercises, and much more.
