No refund given for unused 365 days yearly subscription

I signed up for a yearly subscription with Busuu two years ago. I was using the service for a few months, but then I forgot that I had it. A few days ago, my subscription auto renewed for another year. I emailed Busuu immediately telling them the situation saying that I would like to both cancel and receive a refund for the unused year that I had just, that day, paid for. A rep from Busuu messaged me back saying that I could cancel my subscription but that I would be unable to receive a ...

Charged for an annual subscription even though I cancelled the account.

So I tried out the free subscription this time last year, and didn't really find it to be my thing. I emailed Busuu directly, and requested a refund in line with their policy, to which they kept offering a 50% return. I denied this, stating I wanted a full refund, and for my account to be cancelled. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually agreed to refund me and stated my account was cancelled. Busuu arabe n'est pas au point.

Bonjour,J'utilise Busuu depuis un mois pour étudier l'arabe, et, hélas, je ne suis pas satisfait.Concernant les exercices avec les dialogues, le logiciel nous donne la phrase dans le désordre.D'autre part, lors des révisions, il s'obstine à m'interroger sur "la ville" malgré mes réponses correctes.Lors des révisions encore, pour certaines phrases, il m'est impossible de donner la bonne réponse, malgré une voyellisation complète.Le cumul de tout ces soucis m'oblige, à regret, à cesser ...

After less than a week - software issues

After less than a week, i got stuck in one lesson and the system would not let me move on or do anything else. Even when I logged out and then back in I would still end at the same place without being able to complete the lesson or do another one. Very frustrating.

Thank you for the chance to comment. I wrote a comment three or four days ago and I never got a response - thus the low rating. I had a couple issues. 1. I have poor eyesight and could not respond quickly enough to the placement test. Thus I was placed in A1. I am atleast a B1 based on taking a similar exam in another place a couple different times. So I need the level changed. Also I want to be sure I have the ability to move freely between lessons if they are too simple. I don't want to ...

Un ottimo strumento soprattutto per chi è alle prime armi per affacciarsi divertendosi alla lingua inglese o ad altre lingue. Community viva e possibilità di lezioni individuali , devo dire davvero un ottima app e credo anche a dei costi molto accessibili. : )
