Helpful customer service

The Busuu customer service team was quick with helping me process my subscription cancellation and refund. I used their language product only a couple of times and thought it was fantastic but I just couldn’t make the time for it this past crazy eventful year and didn’t want to renew for the upcoming year. Better language learning app

Better language learning app. than Babel and Duolingo. More grammar explanation. More contacts with persons learning. Better following of the rythmr of each student.

Jestem zadowolona z korzystania z tej aplikacji. Lekcje są fajnie ułożone, łatwo można do nich wrócić. Fajna opcja są też powtórki gramatyki i słownictwa. Można też udzielać odpowiedzi, które sprawdzana są przez innych użytkowników.

Lernprogramm

Mit Busu lässt sich immer noch eine Sprache lernen.Das Lernprogramm ist aber unübersichtlicher geworden. Meiner Meinung nach , war es früher besser.Der Ton bei der Aussprache ist nach wie katastrofal. Ich kann die Redner/- rin nicht verstehen und schreibe daher oft falsche Antworten.

Need for more content

Although I genuinely liked Busuu’s method, I think there’s not enough content for B1 level learners. I paid for the yearly subscription but it took me less than two months to complete the course. I wanted to move forward and learn but I basically covered the whole thing very quickly. Therefore I see no need to renew my subscription.
