Even though I canceled my premium membership, the fee I paid is still not refunded to me

Amazing company and great customer…

Amazing company and great customer service I literally couldn't recommend them enough. I loved the app while I had the time to use it and it was by far, the most helpful language app I've used. I speak four languages so that's saying something. There was an issue with the app and not knowing that my subscription wasn't canceled. They completely resolved the issue in a timely manner even though it was a Holiday season. Can't say enough about this company.

Très bonne application pour apprendre une langue. Les corrections par les autochtones permets de super échanges avec les gens de la langue que l'on apprend.

I give this app 5 stars, it's actually the only app that made me feel like i'm actually learning something and can remember what i learned for a long time even without practicing, a great way of tutoring, feels like a teacher or someone is talking to you and explaining the rules very simply and in a fun way too. I recommend.
