Great customer support and good community features!

Very good service.

Years ago busuu was very important to me as I began language studies, but with an increasing variety of resources I found I wasn't using busuu so I tried to cancel my subscription. I couldn't find how to cancel and I let it slide until I got a renewal notice saying that the fee had been debited from my account. Although it's the policy of busuu not to give refunds, when I explained my situation busuu graciously refunded my fee. Thanks for the prompt response!

A great layer in language learning experience

Of all the language learning apps, I feel like this one is the most engaging and structured. A good combination of vocabulary, dialogues, and some grammar.

There was a misunderstanding

There was a misunderstanding with the subscription. I was charged after a year which I did not want as I don’t use busuu anymore. I have contacted them asking for a refund explaining my situation and the problem was solved in the next working day. They have sent me a refund and explained what happened. Peter was very polite and helpful in his emails. Thank you for understanding and great service.
