I like Busuu, it’s the best language learning app because of the social learning aspect. It’s one of the few with a genuinely very good reason to stretch for pro. Their method of teaching grammar is also very useable and understandable. I do notice on occasion, that the audio quality in the vocab learning isn’t the best, and also sometimes (very rarely, but sometimes) the text doesn’t match the audio, in neither the vocab example, nor the full sentence example) The social learning is ...

The website was showing a wrong date of…

The website was showing a wrong date of expiration which was misleading. I asked about the accuracy of the date showing and I was informed about it being wrong, literally a day before renewal. I asked for an immediate cancellation, but I was charged nonetheless. Then the actually cancelled my subscription and promised a refund which I did not receive. At the end of the day, I had lost the money and the subscription.
