I am pleased to say that busuu is a great way to learn a language. With just 4 months of work and a handy notebook, I was able to understand basic japanese in such a short time. Would definitely recommend trying it out, I will definitely buy a subscription again

I have used Busuu for a number of years. I have done the complete course twice. It was great and I have learned a lot. Recently I have been using the live tutoring. The lessons are short but very good.

A positive feeling after each lesson

The lessons are very well structured so that you make progress without feeling discouraged by the difficulty of the language. There is a good balance between speaking, listening, writing and reading. You also get backup from the community and can offer your help likewise to others who are learning your own language. I found the one to ones with a Japanese tutor very helpful for my spoken Japanese. I thoroughly recommend this method.
