An excellent app overall on account of the well structured and detailed lessons. Much better than the boring, repetitive vocab apps such as Duolingo. It includes writing and speaking practise that goes to native speakers, meaning genuine and instant feedback. There are some significant issues that do need addressing. The spaced learning algorithm doesn't really work e.g. I haven't looked at some words for months and yet they aren't considered to be weak.. I still use the Byki online/deluxe ...

I was very happy with the app but I started a new project and stopped using it. Customer service was very efficient and polite, when there was a misunderstanding concerning my subscription, I was fully refunded. Very professional, helpful and highly recommendable.

I started learning French with Busuu, i recommend it

I started learning French with Busuu knowing barely a couple of French words. I am able to speak now in conversations and comprehend a lot. It also takes your own practice, effort and commitment too, but Busuu made the grammars, words and common conversations easier and more fun, which made self- practice easy. I learned to be conversational in French in 6 months now! Even though I got level B2 already, but I renewed my annual subscription to practice in my spare time and continue listening ...
