Busuu Evaluation
Nice platform to learn new languages. Good to have the opportunity to interact with other people. Maybe could be with more functionalities to maximize the learning experience. Room for improvement is to extend the level of learning (for example C1 in English is a good initiative but I think is too short). Kind regards Filippos Boufis

Customer support no response
after 2 year, it suddenly started to automatically renew subscription, and when reaching out to support multiple times, no one answers. Bad experience! They have responded to the request.

Achtung Abofalle….
Ich habe zum Testen ein Abo abgeschlossen und dieses im selben Monat vorsorglich gekündigt. Vor kurzem müsste ich feststellen, das mir erneut der Jahresbeitrag abgebucht worden ist. Rückfrage beim Support bringt aktuell kein Erfolg. Aktuell überlege ich einen Anwalt einzuschalten, da diese Vorgehensweise kein Einzelfall zu sein scheint.Ergänzung: Der Support gibt an das sie angeblich nichts an den Daten ändern können. Ich rate jeden ab hier ein Abo abzuschließen. Meine Angaben entsprechen ...
